Our client, founded over two decades ago, is well known in its industry and is a regional player listed in the energy market. In recent years, our client has seen significant growth together with a corresponding increase within its internal organisation to identify, retain and recruit promising talents. For over a decade, our client had used a previous recruitment firm. When in recent years this firm could not provide suitable candidates for the positions required, our client took the decision to engage AshtonMarc for us to fill the lacuna in acquiring talent.
